Moderator?

Why am I not a moderator? I should definitely be a moderator.

Nuh-uh! You have to prove you are a competent airsoft player and can be an effective Moderator as well as have a grasp of grammar and spelling. I notice you almost never capitalize the first word of a sentence!

And using "Nuh-uh" is proper grammar? Besides I mean later on when we get tons more members.

The only problem I have with TJ being a mod is we cannot have 2 mods out of our four members. (Especially if one is TJ.) When we have a larger member base I don't see any problems. In my opinion all Platoon leaders and maybe a few Squad leaders should mod or if you really think we need that many mods (We don't) we can have all squad leaders be mods.

Agreed, James. I believe that members should out number mods 3:1. Just like a Squad.

3:1 is still a rather low ratio. On most sites Admin is not reserved solely for the site owner. We could have platoon leaders be Admins and (preferably only some) squad leaders be mods.

But to many mods kinda gives to much liberty to to many people.

Thats what I'm saying. We need as few Moderators as possible.
