Respawning, as a Team

Ok, I have been worried about this for quite some time now. So we wont be able to always be together and people will be dropping like flies from our ranks during games. So if you are a squad leader and you get hit it would be optimal for you to stay at the respawn area until you collect another three players from our team. Radio in to me and tell me who you've got so I can keep up with our strength at most times. You dont need to keep up with your squad except for at the start of the game until you get hit and you need to round up your squad at the end. Platoon leaders will need to be able to keep up with THEIR squad leaders. If your squad leader or platoon leader gets hit, you need to find another officer so they can reassign you to another platoon or squad. If you come to me I will point you towards the area where our team is and it is up to you to join a squad. Officers need to keep their units moving unless I say so. I may reassign a platoon or the whole company to a differant objective. If you are a squad leader you ned to forcus on your platoons objective. Any questions?

I think we should keep different types of squads together. Support squads and recon squads are more effective together.

Right now we dont have to worry about that because mostly everyone is a rifleman.

And we can't have a support gunner on storming through the woods in a recon squad.

I did that once, does not work.

Anyway, I think that if we are going to do that, we need the guy with the radio in the squad to give a SITREP if something goes down. That way we know the status of the team during a conflict. On the other hand, if we have a recon team in enemy teritory, they can maintain radio scilence for how ever long they need and give a SITREP whn they find it apropriot.

First we need to get radios and to get radios we need money.

I believe I will give Eddie a special group of team members for their own special tasks. Commandos, if you will. Yes James, Kevin needs to make patches.

Yeah I am also curious about the patches and why radios do not take priority.

Agreed. Patches don't make the team effective. They are also really tricky to make.

Nah we ae going to get a company to make them for us.
